Named after the original brewery name, Grey Beards Den is where all the fermentation magic takes place. Operating with two SS conicals, complete with temperature regulation and co2 pressure blow off valves for oxygen free transfers; Blichmann Hellfire burner, pumping out 140,000 BTU’s/HR; Blichmann bottle purging beer gun; grain “silo”; and a mini bar. It’s location is often kept secret, but if you get to know us, you may just get to have a fresh pint right from the source.
